Tour Booking & Payment Policy | Saigon Star Travel

Throughout more than 15 years of serving thousands of travelers, Saigon Star Travel has consistently prioritized transparency, safety, and convenience in every stage of the customer journey. The following policy outlines our service booking process, including tour bookings, vehicle rentals, and other travel services, as well as the payment terms and procedures applicable to Saigon Star Travel services.

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This policy applies to customers purchasing services provided by Saigon Star Travel, including package tours, private and group tours, tourist vehicle rentals, and other related travel services.
Payment schedules may vary depending on the specific product or service, including public holiday departures, peak-season bookings, advance reservations, airline tickets, visa services, and supplier requirements. Any special payment conditions will be confirmed in writing when the booking is finalized.

2. SERVICE BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS

To secure your reservation and protect your booking rights, customers are requested to follow the standard process below:

Step 1

Submit Your Request & Receive Consultation
Choose your preferred tour or provide your travel requirements, including itinerary, number of travelers, departure date, and any special requests. Saigon Star Travel will provide consultation and a quotation based on your requirements.

Step 2

Confirm Services & Booking Conditions
The itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions, and booking conditions are confirmed before payment. For private groups and corporate customers, both parties may proceed with a service agreement, contract, and appendices where applicable.

Step 3

Make Payment & Receive Booking Confirmation
Make the required deposit or payment according to the agreed schedule. Once payment is received, Saigon Star Travel will issue a service confirmation and secure the booking with the relevant suppliers.

Important: To arrange services accurately, customers are requested to provide complete traveler information when required by the tour or service, including full name, date of birth, Vietnamese Citizen ID or passport details, contact information, and any relevant special requests.

3. PAYMENT POLICY BY CUSTOMER TYPE

3.1 INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS JOINING GROUP TOURS

3.2 PRIVATE GROUPS & CORPORATE CUSTOMERS

Upon signing the contract	50% deposit of the total contract value

After completion of the tour and contract settlement	Remaining 20%

Important: If the contract is signed less than 10 days before the departure date, the customer is required to pay 80% of the total contract value upon signing to allow sufficient time for Saigon Star Travel to secure services with suppliers.

3.3 INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL SERVICES

Hotels, airline tickets, and visa services: 100% payment is required upon confirmation or contract signing due to advance booking requirements and supplier conditions.
Tourist vehicle rental: A 50% deposit is generally required, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the journey or according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

4.1 CASH PAYMENT

Customers may make payment directly at a Saigon Star Travel office. On-site collection may also be available in supported areas subject to prior confirmation.
Saigon Star Travel will issue payment receipts and relevant documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.

Important Payment Warning: Saigon Star Travel does not request customers to transfer payment to personal bank accounts. Payments should only be made to the official company bank accounts listed above. Saigon Star Travel cannot accept responsibility for payments transferred to unauthorized personal or third-party accounts.

5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & DOCUMENTATION

After payment is received, Saigon Star Travel will send a service or booking confirmation via email or the communication channel registered by the customer.
Customers are advised to retain their payment receipt, bank transfer confirmation, or transaction screenshot for reconciliation purposes if required.
If an invoice or specific supporting document is required, please inform Saigon Star Travel when confirming the service so that the necessary information can be collected and processed correctly.
