To secure your reservation, choose a suitable itinerary, and receive all the benefits, please book your tour at least 30 days before the departure date. For overseas tours requiring a visa, documents should be prepared and submitted early according to the processing time of each Embassy/Consulate. For female guests aged 55 and above and male guests aged 60 and above, Saigon Star Travel encourages you to have a family member under 55 (in good health) accompany you to provide timely assistance if any issues arise during the trip. Especially for guests aged 70 and above, it is mandatory to have a family member under 55 accompany you and submit a health certificate (certified by a doctor as fit to participate in the tour) along with a health commitment form provided by the company. This regulation aims to ensure maximum safety and the best quality of service throughout the journey.
Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age throughout the trip. If accompanied by a relative other than a parent, the parent must provide a power of attorney, certified by the local authorities, authorizing the relative to accompany and supervise the child during the trip.
Customers can choose to pay in cash directly at the Saigon Star Travel office or via bank transfer, both very convenient. If you cannot come in person, you can complete the payment via bank transfer to the company account and receive a confirmation slip via email, Zalo, or postal mail. Customers can pay by card at Saigon Star Travel offices via POS machines. Please note that cardholders must be present in person to ensure security. Saigon Star Travel supports all types of domestic and international credit cards. For foreign credit cards, Saigon Star Travel will partially cover the card processing fee. However, customers may incur a foreign currency conversion fee to VND, which is determined by the card-issuing bank at the time of payment.
All tours offered by Saigon Star Travel clearly detail VAT information in the price list. If you require a VAT invoice, please provide complete invoicing information upon tour registration and payment completion. The invoice will be issued after the tour ends and sent to your requested address, or you can pick it up in person. Please note that Saigon Star Travel does not issue invoices after the tour has departed, so please inform us in advance to ensure your rights are protected.
